Rev. Briscoe has dedicated her life to advocating for others and developing leaders to work toward social justice for the Beloved Community. She has been an organizer with BRIDGE MARYLAND since 2013. She has a master’s degree in social work/community planning from the University of Maryland. Rev. Briscoe is on the ministerial staff of Wayland Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
